We’re Expanding Our Team
We’re looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about education and training. If you have expertise in our core training areas and are committed to delivering high-quality, engaging training sessions, we would be interested in speaking with you.
We deliver a wide range of regulated qualifications in the following areas:
- First Aid
- Paediatric First Aid
- Fire Safety
- Manual Handling
- Moving & Handling of People
- Food Safety
- Health & Safety
- IOSH
We’re looking for professional, friendly training partners to deliver the best possible training experience for our clients.
Our ideal partners and their trainers will have:
- 3 years of professional training experience (desirable but not essential)
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent)
- Up-to-date qualifications in relevant subject areas (e.g. First Aid, Fire Safety)
- Registered as a training centre, or willing to register as a training centre with our awarding body QNUK (preferred)
- IQA resource to support training delivery
- Clean & well-maintained equipment required to teach courses (e.g. resuscitation manikins for First Aid courses)
- Access to a vehicle and full driving license
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Email, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- A friendly & professional demeanour
- Excellent communication skills
- A good standing of references

When you join our network, you will receive job offers tailored to our training requirements and your preferred locations. The choice to accept these opportunities is entirely yours. With our comprehensive 24/7 training schedule, you will discover numerous opportunities to work at times that best fit your schedule.
Courses will be assigned based on your location, occasionally, there may be opportunities to work outside your specified area. In these instances, we will provide accommodation if needed and like always provide travel expenses. We cater to a wide range of industries, ensuring you might be delivering training in environments as varied as sports stadiums, manufacturing plants, hotels, and many others.
Being part of our self-employed network grants you the freedom to choose your own work engagements. It’s important, however, that you fulfil your commitments to the courses you agree to conduct and uphold the values and standards of quality that define our service.
